Consorzio Acqua Potabile (CAP) is an italian progressive rock band that never released anything during the 70's and was discovered in the 90's by the small Kaliphonia label. A 1977 live recording, Sala Borsa Live '77, was released in 1993 and the band reunited for a nice new album. Read more here.
